I can’t see if this is a real wooden one but I do know that in a small town East of Cleveland, Ohio, a woodworker makes the wooden carousel horses for customers (a.o. Disney Parks) around the globe. Visited him in 1998/99 and a few yrs ago he was still there I understood. Pretty sure you can find him on google and whenever you are in that area: very worthwhile to picture his workshop (well … I will do so whenever I’ll be there again) 🙂
